The Frisco Genealogical Society was established to promote, assist, develop, and preserve the genealogical and historical resources of Frisco,Texas area, past and present, which encompasses both Denton and Collin County.

Mission and Goals
The mission and goals of the Frisco Genealogical Society are to:
- To promote the study of genealogy, history, geography, and the heritage of our ancestors.
- To collect, preserve and disseminate genealogical information, especially to that of local origin.
- To encourage adherence to the highest standards of research and documentation.
- To offer educational programs such as lectures, seminars, workshops, and field trips.
- To promote the observance of Family History Month in October.

The Heritage Association Introduces the Frisco Genealogy Database
The Heritage Association of Frisco is proud to announce the latest addition to our web site, an online genealogy database. The intent is to collect information about early Frisco families in a central location.
